Just-a-Shed

Initially well. John the owner/mngr. "sold" me on my shed having a 10 year warranty. Installed in 2014 but winter of 2019/2020 one of the doors began to warp. John would only email, could not get a phone call. First he claimed my shed only had a 2 year warranty, I provided him his original email to me in which he personally stated 10. His website also says 10 for the deluxe model, as does my invoice. When this didn't work out for him, he indicated the warranty would not cover the doors because I did not paint them. The doors were installed with white paint already - I suppose it could have just been a primer but they looked perfectly painted and matched the white window trim. No customer would ever think to paint over them, unless instructed to do so. I keep meticulous records and have every email, permit, form, invoice from them. Nowhere in any of their documentation is a limited warranty disclosure. So, I feel like the information was purposely omitted and that John has no desire to stand behind his product once sold.
