I contacted Jim's Electric on Monday, May 21st to set up an appointment for a quote to update all electric work in my home. I was told that a technician would call me back to set up an appointment. I had not heard back from the company by Wednesday, so I called again. The secretary transferred me to Aaron who set up time to meet with me the next day. The next day came and went with no phone call or visit. Days later I still have not heard from this company.

Excellent work. Josh was very professional and explained what the options were for replacing the doorbell, which hadn't worked in years. The work areas were left clean and all my questions were answered clearly.

I didn't think the price was very good for the cost of the job. I also thought the work was sloppy, I am glad it is in the garage. Also, immediately after the rewire, the garage door started malfunctioning after they were there, so I had them come back out. The repair man said that had nothing to do with the electric, didn't do any work and charged $130 for the travel charges. I wasn't very pleased.

Went better than expected.

He had to correct a problem with the smoke detectors, which was not something he'd done. He had to remove an outlet installed when the home was built when he was going to install the switch for the blower fan. He installed a couple of outlets for us, as well. He does a very thorough job and goes out of his way to help us out. Josh has been of great service to us.
