THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY HAD TO WORK WITH ME IN FINDING THE TIME TO DO THE WORK, WHERE THEY ARE FOR RENTAL PROPERTIES; THAT I OWN AND I HAVE TO GIVE THE TENANTS 24 HOUR NOTICE BEFORE ENTERING THE UNITS. HE EVEN SHOWED ME WHAT HE WAS DOING AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, SO I COULD DO SOME REPAIRS ON MY OWN IN THE FUTURE. HE ONLY CHARGED ME FOR FOUR FURNACE INSPECTIONS OUT OF THE EIGHT.
