HALE'S FLORIST & GREENHOUSE

My husband purchased flowers- miniature roses- here from me for my birthday. I noticed they looked a little droopy, so I changed the water, cut the stems and put the flower food into the vase the next morning. By later that day, the flowers looked worse- almost dead. I called on the phone to explain my disappointment, as my husband paid good money for these roses. The lady was pleasant on the phone and told me to bring them in and that she would glady exchange them- just to bring the flowers in with me. When I arrived to the store, "gladly" was certainly not the attitude I was given. A man was at the counter and I had explained to him what had happened and my phone call to another associate; he then inspected my flowers and accused me of not trimming, feeding, or following the directions on the food packet. He reluctantly replaced my flowers- several miniature roses for a mere 6 regular roses. The trade off was not fair for what my husband paid, but I was insulted at this point and just wanted to leave. I am not sure how this place stays in business if they treat all their customers so poorly.

I HAVE VISITED HALE'S FLORIST ON MANY OCCASIONS TO ORDER A VARIETY OF FLOWER AND BALLOON ARRANGEMENTS. THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB ASSEMBLING A NICE ARRANGEMENT AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. EACH PERSON WORKING AT THE STORE GOES BEYOND WHAT WOULD EVER BE EXPECTED OF A FLORAL PROFESSIONAL.
