Jay and his co-worker are great. True professionals, and very nice people. You know immediately that he is well experienced, and knows what he is doing. Jay went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with the work performed, and completed on a timely basis. He is meticulous and does the job the correct way. He has an attention to detail, and a great eye for design. We would hire him again without hesitation. We added some services from the original estimate and he fairly priced the additions. Best experience we've every had with a contractor.

Jay and his team are wonderful. Very professional, attentive to details, taking time to review everything. Arrived on time and worked diligently. Cleaned up the work area at the end of everyday. I will definitely use them for any future home improvement project!

1) Bathroom install:  Jay Gifford and his team designed and prepped the layout in the unfinished part of our basement.  He showed us options for fixtures and hardware.  Once we agree to the materials and start date they were fantastic.  They communicated with us every day to let us know of the status of where they were and any issues that arose.  They framed out the bathroom, hung drywall, laid flooring tile, painted and installed the fixtures.  The bathroom looks great!  

2) We also hired Gifford Remodeling to paint our finished part of our basement and first floor baseboards.  They were very professional and the work looks great.

3) Lastly, We had them move some outlets, mount a shelf and TV bracket along with install several ceiling fans.

I cannot state how professional they were and their dedication to making sure they did things the right way.  The constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking.

Jay is industrious and gets each job done quickly and efficiently. He does quality work with excellent skills.  Because he is dependable, courteous and makes sure everything is cleaned up and neat when he leaves, I look forward to hiring him for more projects as needed in my home.
