F&T ROOFING

Set up appointment for an estimate to be performed for a complete roof replacement.  They never showed up.

The person who put up the gutters was great and all was good. Or so we thought. Right away there was a small leak at one of the corners. I called F & T and told them about it. I told them that since it was so late in the season and because the leak was small, that they could come back in the spring to fix it when they were in my neighborhood. Well, they never came to fix it. Also, the largest gutter that they installed, that flanks the entire back of our home, is not level. That means when is rains (and we've had SO MUCH rain this year) that the water spills over the gutter at the midpoint. TONS of water cascades over the gutter and streaks down our windows and lands at the base of the house. I have now called and left 6 messages with F & T and have not had a return call. 

Presently this is in court. Mr. McCullough is a RUDE and VULGAR person. I tried working with this company, but got MANY vulgar phone calls. I would get a phone call, and answer hello. I would not get any replies as to who was on the phone, but instead would get "Lady, when the Fxxx are you going to pay me." My last call from him went, "Lady, you can either fxxxxx pay me or you can pay a fxxxxx lawyer more to remove the lein that I am going to put on you." Since I couldn't talk to this person, I told him to file the lein, and I would see him in court. He then placed a lein on a property that he didn't even do work on, past the lein filing date. If Mr. McCulloough would have acted professionally without the ''F'' words, I would have been able to work something out with him. This was only a $530.00 bill out of a $50,000.00 project. His work actually was good, so this is an unfortunate situation.
