We actually worked with Laura at the Garden Center on Lorain Road/North Ridgeville.  From reviewing our options (for the size space we were working with) to finalizing the purchase of the tree, Laura was extremely helpful and professional (she listened to our concerns/desire for color and suggested a beautiful plum tree which we ended up purchasing). 

When the tree was delivered/planted at our home--the 2 installers were very friendly and professional as well and were very accommodating to our concerns over placement/nice side of tree facing out, etc. 

From start to finish (along with the fact that if we have any concerns regarding the tree going forward, it's guaranteed/they'll come back to address any issue), we would highly recommend doing business with Don Mould's and will definitely look to do business with them if/when we have future landscaping needs. 

 

Brad Thimke came out and looked at the area. He told me I needed color and height. He took pictures. A few days later he sent me a proposal and a sketch with his suggestions of the type of plants and the arrangement. I was happy with the choices. Three weeks later two workers came out, removed the old plants and shrubs and planted the new plants and trees. They were friendly and professional. They moved a large planter I had and put it by the front door. They put the planter and my hose cart on slabs. They did an outstanding job. I am very pleased with how it looks. Now when I walk my dogs I don't have to be envious of other people's landscaping! I would use Don Mould's again.

The deal is good and they are very friendly people. They provide good customer service. They answer question at the store very well. I would use them again.
