CARPET BOBS FLOOR COVERINGS

He was 2 hours late the day he came to look at the project and give me an estimate. He was suppose to come out and do the work on Saturday, 1/13/07 and be there at 10:30am. I called him at 11am and he said he would not be able to make it because he was behind on another project. He told me he would definitely be out on Sunday 1/14. I had to call him twice before he called me back and said he could not make it because his friend's 2 year old needed to be taken to the hospital and the child was running a fever or 102. He then said he could do it Monday night. Well I did not want him there until 10pm doing the floor when I get home from work, so I asked if he could do it during the day on Monday, 1/15. He said "yes". I told him I would take a vacation day from work but I was going to be really aggravated if I took a vacation day and he did not show up. BOB PICKED UP CARPET THAT I HAD PREPAID FOR. HE THEN DROPPED IT OFF AT THE HOME AND INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY. HE CLEANED UP VERY WELL. HE WILL DO MORE WORK FOR ME IN THE FUTURE.
