Fabian Candelario, Melissa Hahn and Ron Rupert are crooks. Our flooring was improperly installed and still is not right. The molding was improperly installed thru out the house. Even installed broken pieces. One room wasnâ t even finished. Horrible experience. BE WARNED. ALSO Fabian himself stole 8 boxes of flooring. THIEVES

Do your research. Fabian Candelario and Ron R. are flippers. Our flooring, baseboards and other things werenâ t properly installed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Did not complete their work and the work they did was half assed. I have pictures to prove it. Our floors they installed twice because they installed it wrong the first time is now popping in areas. Terrible, Terrible. Fabian and Ron should be ashamed.

Ron and Rick did extraordinary work on our bathroom; from painting the walls to the installation of the flooring and vanity. The bathroom is perfect. They were extremely pleasant and professional. In addition, Fabian made sure he kept us informed about the process every step of the way. I am so glad we were connected to Blue Square Renovations. They will definitely hear from us in the near future. Thanks again Blue Square!
