USED TO UPGRADE AN IBM COMPUTER. THE COMPANY DOES GREAT FOLLOW-UP. THEY CALL TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS. SHE WILL USE AGAIN SOON FOR MORE UPGRADING.
