Auto Detailing Service
I was able to quickly make an appointment and the time for pick and drop off were as discussed. My only concern was that when I went to get in my car after the detail, the first thing I noticed was that my console still had coffee and other spill stains that should have been buffed out. Overall the car was clean, smelled great, and went from disgusting to almost show car condition. I would recommend them and would use them again but do plan to check the service at the end and express my concerns if used again.

The three services were done as expected when the appointment was made and my other annual updates. Probably worthwhile noting with the Inner Guard renewal that it is necessary to get everything including the original mats out of the car so they do not have to work around anything and that there is a difference between perfect and outstanding. Have always found minor areas missed but had to look closely ... their work has always been much much better than places that do interior car cleaning.

From the initial phone call through the process of dropping off the SUV and picking it up, all ran smoothly. All businesses should be this good. Mark was polite and through. As usual, he does what he says. That is why we go back.

These folks were totally different from my previous experience with another Ziebart location (Pearl Rd-Middleburg Hts). Andy, the owner, and Kim, customer service, were polite and friendly from the start. They said what they would do and they did it!! This was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend them.

WE WERE CHARGED MORE THAN QUOTED. WHEN WE QUESTIONED THE OVERCHARGE, WE WERE TOLD THAT ZIEBART WAS NOT IN THE WRONG AND WAS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

CAR HAD A DULL ROOF, HOOD, AND TRUNK. THEIR HIGH SPEED BUFFER REMOVED OXIDATION AND AFTER BUFFING IN THE UV PROTECTION 1 YEAR WAX IT LOOKED BRAND NEW. VERY COURTEOUS STAFF.
