US Wallcovering

This was a great experience. I liked the idea that I could go to a local store, look at thousands of patterns of wallpaper, choose what I like, and then take samples (and by samples I mean a whole roll of wallpaper) home to put on the wall and live with for a few days before you decide on buying any. Most stores have the wallpaper books that you can take home, but Gary, the owner, lets you take home the rolls themselves!! I originally thought I would have to go with a very small flower pattern since the bath I was repapering is so small. However, after talking to Gary, who is very knowledgable about wallpaper design styles and hanging wallpaper, I found that I could go with a larger pattern. I took home 7 rolls for papering a small half bath, and attached them to the wall to see how I liked them. I kept them for about a week. I originally thought I would order wallpaper from one of the on-line stores, but Gary's prices BEAT ALL the on-line stores. I ended up buying 3 double rolls for the small bath and 7 double rolls for my dining room. I saved over $130 by buying from U.S. Wallcoverings instead of an on-line store. I actually ended up ordering wallpaper for the dining room from one of the Gary's books. (The in-stock wallpaper can be taken home immediately.) The paper arrived within a week and both the bath and dining room are now done, and I couldn't be happier. Plus, Gary and his staff were very helpful in giving tips on how to remove the old wallpaper and the best way to put up the new wallpaper. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and I recommend all who need wallpaper to do themselves a favor and visit U.S. Wallcoverings. You won't go anywhere else after meeting Gary and his staff. (They also can be hired to put up the wallpaper too!!)
