Kim came out with a stump grinder within 24 hours of my phone call, and offered to remove the stump for the lowest price. His machine literally pulverized the 6" stump and dirt mount the tree was planted in into fine dust. No over spray onto the house or adjacent shrubs. Less than a half hour from start to finish. He was very pleasant to work with, was very affordable, and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

They came out the same day I called. They gave me a very fair price and did the work that day. The work and clean up was very well done. I would definitely use them again for stump grinding or removal service.

It was perfect. He brought in a middle sized machine and it fit in an odd shaped space between my house and the fence next door. He cleaned up well after the job and everything went really well.

I had a huge silver maple tree stump that needed removed. I also had dug around and exposed many large surface roots that sprawled across my backyard. When the owner Kim showed up to give the estimate, I told him I would work to get the roots out before he started the job, so they wouldn't be in the way of his machine. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the roots out in time before the scheduled work date. Kim showed up as scheduled and removed all those roots for me without charging me extra, and then promptly took out that monster stump. What a nice guy ! Everything went really smooth. I would recommend UGLY STUMP REMOVAL to anyone.

They did a good job for a really good price. Their price has stood out to me the most. He came out and was prompt. He did an estimate and finished the work that week.

Called to get a free estimate on removal of 4 stumps/decorative evergreens by my front door. Kim was very professional/punctual-actually drove right over after my phone call. Unfortunately no machinery could fit into the space to remove the stumps, but he did suggest what to do for my situation, and even offered (at no charge) and then used his chainsaw to chop the stumps as low to the ground as possible and felled the 1 evergreen tree (it was large-up to my second story window) that my husband hadn't got around to chopping down by handsaw yet. Will be using him to do tree work in my back/front yard later this summer-great experience.

Arrived on time' cut down the tree; charged a phenomenal price.

MR. MARSHALL LEFT A WRITTEN ESTIMATE IN MY DOOR ABOUT A MONTH AGO DURING MY SEARCH FOR STUMP REMOVAL SERVICE. HIS PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND INFORMATIVE DURING THE REMOVAL PROCESS. ALTHOUGH, I WAS A BIT SURPRISED WHEN HE SHOWED UP UNEXPECTED DURING THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND, DUE TO AN EQUIPMENT PROBLEM THAT PREVENTED HIM FROM PERFORMING HIS SERVICES 1 WEEK PRIOR TO SCHEDULED VISIT. HE STATED THAT HE WAS BACKED UP AND THAT HE REALLY WANTED TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYONE THAT WAS SCHEDULED IN THE PAST WEEK OR TWO.
