Like everything else we ran into a lot of other problems. I was so pleased with everything he did until we got nearly finished then he quit coming around. I'm almost 70 years old and told me I could do the paint and spackling. I can't get on the floor and I can't climb a ladder. He left me with part of the job totally unfinished and I had to hire someone else and finished it. I paid him over $7,000. Part of what he did was excellent then the rest he kind of fizzled out and wouldn't come around. He told me one price and when it was done it was another price. He was Johnny on the spot when he started and no where to be found when I needed him. He was drywalling hte entryway. When he put the mud up he mixed some of the sheet rock and got it all over my carpet, it won't come out. That's another $623 to replace the carpet. I have personal reasons for not suing him yet.
