It went very very well. Terry ,the owner, called before to let me know that they were on the way. They were on time, friendly and very professional. Terry worked with his crew cleaning the furniture. The furniture and carpet looked soooo good when they finished. It was far beyond my expectations. I would Highly recommend this company.

They cleaned the carpet in my showroom, which had to be scheduled after normal work hours. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job.  When we opened up for business in the morning, our carpet looked like new.  We're very happy with the workmanship as well as the customer service to accommodate our needs.

Their prices are excellent compared to the bigger firms like Stanley Steamer. He is quite a bit more cost effective. We have been using them for about 15 years now. The crew gets right on the job and they do the inside and outside. They do it very efficiently and with very little interruption.

Excellent customer service from first contact through the end of the job. Very professional and able to explain different cleaning methods so folks could understand. Carpets came out cleaner than we ever imagined they could be.

The service people showed up on time and did a great job. They kept to their quoted price of $99 for the carpet cleaning and $40 or so (can't remember exactly) for the chairs. They got all the dirt out of the carpet, and left no lint or soap residue. The chairs came out looking so nice that we decided we didn't have to replace them after all!
Based on the quality of the work done, coupled with the reasonable price, I am going to recommend to our condo association that we hire T.L. Rooney to clean all the carpets in our five story building later this year. I also highly recommend this company to any other homeowner who wants their carpets cleaned right, for a fair price.

Arrived at scheduled time, cleaning process approximately one and a half to two hours, retreated highly soiled areas until clean. Great attention to detail.

They're the best! They were very neat and clean. I was very satisfied with their service.

.I'm moving and needed the carpet in the new house cleaned right away. I called Terry yesterday and he said he was booked but would fit me in. He said he would try to be at the new house this morning at 10:30. I got to the house at 10:10 and Terry was there five minutes later. He spot cleaned. Then cleaned and deodorized the carpet in 3 bedrooms, closets and hallways in 1 1/2 hours. He was punctual, professional, thorough and friendly. Needless to say, I was very impressed and would highly recommend him.

One of the workers cleaned the bedroom carpeting while the other cleaned the two recliner chairs.

The bedroom carpet came out very clean, including some stubborn spots in the high traffic areas. There was no residue left in the carpet and no follow up care by me. It looked almost brand new.

The other worker cleaned the two recliner chairs. They had some spots here and there, but the headrest was especially dirty - almost black. The chairs were washed and then steam cleaned. All the spots were gone, including the black headrest. The chairs needed to dry for a day or so before we used them, but then they were okay to sit in without any follow up care on our part.

I would most definitely use these people again for carpeting or upholstery.

I have been very pleased with them. Terry Rooney is very prompt in returning calls. His scheduling is prompt within his workload. So I would say, if I call him today and say I need carpets cleaned, if he says the next two days are filled but I can get to you on Friday, atleast we have a time frame. He tells me that it is going to take a week because of load and that is acceptable to me. That is really, what I like. It gives me the action. These people have always been very cordial and have always done a good job. I would use his services again in the future.

I have used T L Rooney 5 or 6 times and every time I use them they are exceptional. They always get the wear pattern out. They do a very good job. The workers are terrific. I think T L Rooney goes above and beyond to get the stains out of the carpeting and respect your home and belongings. The father passed the business down to the son and they take a lot of pride in their work.

Everything went very well. They arrived when they said, worked efficiently and did a very good job on the windows.

There was an incident in my bedroom which involved a lot of blood. (Not a murder or anything!) I was overwhelmed with what to do regarding all of the stained carpeting, bedding, etc. I called Terry and he was literally at my door within ten minutes. He was professional and understanding about my predicament. He gave me an estimate and said he could do the job the next morning at 7:30 a.m. Terry and a helper arrived on time the next morning and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. They carefully wrapped everything before taking it out to their van for proper disposal. I can't say enough positive things about Terry. Besides trauma and crime scene cleaning, his company does carpet, furniture and window cleaning, as well as tile and grout cleaning.

Very satisfied. My wife has bad allergies and the previous owner of our house had a cat. She has not had a problem since they were here. They were punctual, friendly, and did not rush through the job.
