There was a software issue with my phone leading to text messages being eaten.  It was addressed once several months ago for free (it took five minutes for the tech to complete the task).  I came back to the same store and they said it would cost $70 dollars to be fixed.  They then tried to get me to pay an upgrade charge to get a new phone (I was using a slider so we arnt talking about the newest iPhone here. I called customer service and after hours on the phone I came to find out I needed to call Samsung.  The issue never was fixed after I invested ~8 hours of time.  It soured me so severely on Sprint I ended up just switching to AT&T and getting a nice new smartphone for about as much as my plan was with Sprint.
