They need to hire better veterinarians. I will possibly use them again in the future.

My first (and last) experience with the North Olmsted Grooming Salon was HORRIBLE. I will never take my dog there again. The groomer (Amanda) wasn't very friendly and not very professional in my opinion. Right off, she told me she was going to have to charge me for a full size dog hair cut but she didn't tell me how much more that was going to be. I have a four month old Schnoole that I wanted one inch of hair trimmed - not shaved. The online cost of services totaled $33.99, however the end result was a charge of $85. It included a $7 fee because my 15 pound puppy, who never has been to a groomer, gave her a difficult time. When the bill and my puppy were delivered, she had no bows or neck scarf that was included with the grooming. When I asked where they were, Amanda said she only provides if asked. The package offered by Petsmart clearly stated you get one or the other...not ask for one or the other. Amanda provided the following notes on today's visit: Puppy was not a fan of grooming today. (No kidding, it was her first time!). She thought it was too much, too fast. (Perhaps when checking in they should have said it wasn't a good idea!). Amanda recommended that we work with her at home. (I'm not a groomer but I do brush and comb my dog daily and have given her baths - she loves the water at home!) Amanda went on to say that the price I was charged was a reflection of the puppy's behavior and that grooming would be more for her if she remains "unruly"....(Did I mention she is a four month old puppy and this was her very first grooming experience!?!). I will NEVER take my puppy/dog back to this horrible place.

I got a pug puppy and wanted to get a new collar and leash for her. The employee suggested I get her a harness instead of a collar because pugs are brachycephalic and all brachycephalic dogs need to wear a harness. I had not even considered that and based on her suggestion I purchased a harness instead of a collar.

We were happy with them because they enabled us to rescue an animal. A veterinarian advised us to go to PetSmart to buy this kitten formula and a couple of things we might need to nurse the kitten and that worked. It was very helpful. We called around to see if we could find some help to this orphaned kitten. A veterinarian somewhere advised us to get some pet formula in a can from PetSmart. The veterinarian told us what we might need which was only one or 2 things. It helped us save the kitten. It was a good experience and the customer service was good. The price was reasonable.

We'll definetely bring our dog back!

Althought it was a basic class the instructor spent more time telling stories than having the dogs/owners practice the lessons. Each class was one hour long, but the actual lesson/practice seems like it could have fit into 30 minutes. The trainer had some good ideas and strategies for problems. We learned good grooming techniques specific to the dogs in the class. We would have prefered more time spent on practice during class time.

They are good. I found them by accident. The girl at Petsmart listens to what I have to say. I don’t want fancy cuts. She listens to my specific requests. She does the job in the time it takes. She sells while the other store doesn’t. My dog is a full sized poodle. I don’t want it to look like a Foo-Foo dog. I don’t want it to be shaved down. The other placed kept chasing it down. Their price is good. They are friendly. If there is any problem or if it’s going to take longer time they will call. I am really happy with them.

They were walked and had play time with each other. We had to provide our own food and they also had an add-on treat. When we picked them up they were happy. We chose Petsmart because it was a last minute trip out of town and they were available and close. We were pleased with how they were able to handle our last minute needs. They were very thorough and I was able to have my paperwork filled out before hand to help make the drop-off quick. When I dropped off the dogs some other owner's where there picking up their dogs and gave me good reviews. You pay certain charges for certain rooms for the dogs, but the thing I didn't like is that you weren't allowed to go back and see the rooms. I am not sure why this is.

That was good. The staffs are very knowledgeable, very friendly and very accommodating. I called them a couple of times and they were willing to take the time to talk to me and tell me how things were going so, I definitely appreciated that. They were very prompt with everything. They did not keep us waiting. They explained all the paper work before hand when we got them off and everything was ready we picked them up. We weren t kept waiting for a long time. The price was a little higher than some of the other places that we were looking at the time of the recommendation. But, the level of service and facility was better than any other place. So, all in all it came out in a wash. In the end it was all worth it.

I have gone here now for about five months. They do a good job, they're just a little pricey.

They did good work. Scheduling is very convenient, as they accept appts. in the evenings and weekends, even Sundays!

Instructor, Julie, is very good with the dogs and knowledgeable, but class is a bit basic. The setting in the store with customers around means that it is very distracting for the puppies and their owners. Because of the distraction, we don't actually get a lot done during the class. It seems to be a 15min lesson for the day, and the rest of the time is spent letting the puppies interact (which is also good in another way). But for the price it is reasonable. Class often starts late and runs overtime.

IT WAS AN OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE.

THEY HAVE CHANGED THE GROOMING AREA AND THERE IS A LOT OF GLASS SO THAT YOU CAN SEE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY DID A NICE JOB. SHE DID WHAT I WOULD TELL HER TO. SHE WROTE ALL OF HIS INFORMATION ON A CARD FOR THEIR FILES. PRICE DEPENDS ON THE SIZE OF YOUR ANIMAL AND THE SERVICES DONE. THEY ALSO DO CAT GROOMING.

I AM UNABLE TO CUT MY DOG'S TOENAILS ON MY OWN SINCE SHE PULLS AND BITES EACH TIME I ATTEMPT TO CUT HER NAILS. BRENDA, ONE OF THE GROOMERS AT PETSMART, DOES A GREAT JOB WITH MY DOG. BRENDA TREATS MY DOG WITH CARE AND COMPASSION AND CLIPS MY DOG'S NAILS IN SECONDS. THE STAFF IN THE GROOMING DEPARTMENT IS KIND AND CARING AS WELL.

THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THE GUY WAS VERY NICE. THEY SAID HER TAIL WAGGED THE WHOLE TIME. SHE LOOKED NICE WHEN IT WAS FINISHED.
