We are very happy with the finished product. The entire renovation took approximately 5 months start to finish, which is what Chris Pastel estimated. His budgeting and planning were very accurate. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. He made recommendation on areas to save money and areas to spend more. For example we upgraded all the interior doors to a solid core two panel door with new hardware. His subs were all very professional. I met most of them in person. It is very evident that Chris Pastel has been building homes for a long time and knows what he is doing and above all does very high quality work.

They are excellent builders. They have old fashioned values. I had a small problem with a loose kitchen cabinet and the builder, himself, came out to fix it for me.
