Bathtub Restoration
THEY HAVE BEEN AT MY HOME SIX TIMES & HAVE NOT INSTALLED IT CORRECTLY. THEIR RESPONSE TIME IS POOR. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE APRIL. THERE ARE SCRATCHES & PARTS NOT CAULKED. JUST AN ALL AROUND BAD INSTALL.

THEY WERE CONTRACTED TO STRIP THE OLD TUB WITH AN ACID BATH THEN COAT WITH NEW FINISH AND CAULK. THE PERFORMANCE WAS JUST TERRIBLE. THERE WAS OVER SPRAY ON EVERYTHING (TOILET, WINDOW, MIRROR, SINK, ETC.). AFTER THEY WERE DONE AND THE PAINT DRIED, THERE WERE SERIOUS "RUNS" IN THE COATING THAT THEY CLAIMED THEY COULD BUFF OUT BUT NEVER DID WELL. SINCE THEY TRIED TO FIX IT AT A LATER DATE, IT HAS STARTED TO PEEL. THE OWNER HAS SINCE REFUSED TO COME OUT AND SEE HIS EMPLOYEES WORK. THEY HAVE ATTEMPTED TO TO FIX THE JOB THREE TIMES NOW UNSUCCESSFULLY. THE OWNER HAS OFFERED TO ATTEMPT A FOURTH TIME, BUT THAT IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE SINCE IT CAUSES SUCH AND INCONVENIENCE (WE ONLY HAVE ONE BATHROOM).
