When you use the dealership and you want to turn the car back in it is certified and they give you a little more for it.

Those guys are like A+++. They are amazing. I am satisfied. They are extremely professional, flexible on priced so you do not feel like you are boxed into something. Not high pressured.

They did a good job. I took the old car in and traded it in. It was a good buying experience. It seemed like it took forever but it really didn't.

From start to finish, everything was excellent.  I worked with Dave Schaefer, General Manager, who introduced me to Dee Wolfe (who is one of the best sales people I've ever used in the car business).  The finance manager, Peter, was excellent as well.  The entire process was so easy and accommodating.  My husband has purchased several new cars from Mercedes as well, and has been very happy with the entire process also.  My latest car was a Collection Auto Group Acura on Brookpark which has been excellent.  Overall, all positive experiences.

I found them when I was trying to find the closest Mercedes dealership for me and they were the closest ones. They put a battery into my car and they did a good job. They were very good and I rate them highly. I would use them again in the future if needed.

I am very impressed with their customer service. I have never had a bad experience. They are about 45 minutes away and there are other Mercedes dealers closer but they do not have the same customer service. It has been very pleasant to deal with them. I am a Mercedes driver for life because of them.
