The project was abandoned. The contract was initially signed May 2018 and not started until May of 2019 even though the contracted down payment was paid. The foundation and framing were completed by October of 2019 but no additional work commenced even with payment. After repeated attempts to conclude the project I reached out to the city where I live Broadview Heights only to find the permit that was displayed on my project was falsified and the contractor never registered with the city. This is on file with Broadview Heights should you want to check. I paid over 85% of the contract and the work was 40% finished. Additionally the contractor was rude, , and threatening when I tried to resolve this both personally and legally. The work was finished by another contractor which resulted in much additional monies. I had used this contractor for several other projects at my home that were completed however slowly but would not recommend and would not use again
