DON''T SHOP HERE!
Description of Work: I ORDERED A LEATHER SOFA, LOVESEAT, CHAIR AND OTTOMAN. THE MANAGER AT PARMATOWN, QUOTED ME A PRICE AND THEN SAID THAT PRICE WAS 20% OFF. WHEN I CAME BACK TO PURCHASE THE FURNITURE, SHE SAID THE 20% DISCOUNT DID NOT APPLY. EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE OTTOMAN. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY TWICE ($160.00), BECAUSE ALL PIECES HAD TO BE DELIVERED BY A LICENSED DELIVERY SERVICE FROM JENNIFER''S. I CALLED THE DISTRICT MANAGER, LISA, WHO HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS WITH AN ANSWER TO MY QUESTION. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE AT THE CORPORTATE HEADQUARTERS - ONLY VOICEMAIL MESSAGES CAN BE LEFT. DON''T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
