Appliance Repair
I called Jac's Appliance to repair my 2 month-old washing machine. They called when they said they would, showed up on time, and diagnosed the problem quickly. The part took a few days to arrive (as expected) and they installed it in a timely manner. The parts & labor were under warranty, and they were very helpful. I would use this company again.

After the initial visit, things just fell apart. The technician returned about 1 week after the first visit, looked under the sink, and said ''oops! I ordered the wrong one''. He said he would order the new one and would be in touch. Four weeks went by with no communication(I assumed the correct one was difficult to find) before I finally called Jac's to inquire. I received a call back saying that the technician would be out the following Monday with the correct disposal - no explanation for the long delay. Monday arrived with a phone call from Jac's telling me that both of the technicians who could fix my disposal were going to be unavailable for some time and that Jac's would be referring my case back to the home warranty program. All told, seven weeks have passed and not only is my disposal still broken, I'm starting from scratch. Jac's handled this very unprofessionally and I would not ever use them again or recommend them to service-minded customers.

Jac's Appliances came out to do work under our home insurance service. They were very knowledgeable, polite, and kind. They did not do repair work because the appliances were too old, so our home insurance policy paid for new ones. Great company with great work ethic! VERY knowledgeable

$43 SERVICE CALL. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME IN THE MORNING AND HE CALLED LATER TO TELL US HE WOULD ARRIVE LATER IN THE AFTERNOON. WHEN HE DID ARRIVE SAID THE FRIDGE WAS NOT BROKEN AND IT WAS SIMPLY THE SETTING THAT WAS CAUSING FROZEN FOOD IN THE FRIDGE. HE RESET IT AND THE FOOD IS STILL FROZEN. WE GOT HIS NAME FROM THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY AND WE CALLED THEM NOTIFYING THEM OF THE SITUATION. THEY HAVE GIVEN US AN EXTENSION AND SAY THEY ARE TRYING TO CONTACT JAC'S. AFTER REPEATED CALLS AND MESSAGES, WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THEM.
