Ron Zollner is an amazing home inspector. We had him out to a home built in 1927 and he knew far more about the construction of the home and potential issues just by looking at pictures, even before he set foot inside. Once he was done with his inspection, he took the time to thoroughly walk through his findings with us, pointing out items that other inspectors may have brushed off as "good enough for now". His report clearly identified areas of immediate concern, those of high priority, and those that were recommended to be done over time, which allowed us to prioritize potential expenses as it pertained to responding to the sellers with our conditions. Because of Ron's extreme attention to detail and his time to educate us, we were confident in our decision regarding the property. We recommend him unconditionally and would absolutely call him again for future home inspections.

Beyond the normal scope of a home inspection, Ron Zollner's input on small details and the education he gave on the kind of construction, maintenance on the systems needed in language a middle aged woman could understand made a huge difference in my confidence to make the right decision. Ron took a lot of time on 2 different homes with different issues. The written document has color codes on every item with clear instructions, something I will keep and refer to in the future. Richard did a spectacular job. He took his time, was extremely thorough, and answered all of my many questions patiently and with good humor. In addition to questions I had during the inspection itself, he also promptly and thoroughly responded to several post-inspection questions as well. I highly recommend this company.

After I sent a contact email to Richard he contacted me with in a few hours to find out closing date and what I wanted to have done he explained over the phone the process and promised a call the night before inspection just to confirm times. He called the night before as promised , Richard set up Radon testing on Saturday and completed the whole home inspection on Monday. He was very professional and took his time to explain everything , we spent three hours total going over everything he found good and not so good. Richard was very personable and very professional I was very impressed with his knowledge base on so many different areas when I had a question he gave me a clear answer that I understood. I would not hestitate to use his services again and highly recomend them. The entire process took about two weeks from first contact to final email with the report findings that he promised by 7:00 the night of inspection and delivered.
