Pool and Spa Servicing
I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND SCHEDULING HAVE ALWAYS BEEN INCONSISTENT. WHEN THEY COME TO START THE POOL, THEY SHOULD COME BACK AFTER YOU CALL TO SEE THAT THE POOL IS FILLED UP, FLUSH THE SYSTEM AND ADD THE CHEMICALS. THAT USUALLY TAKES TWO DAY, IT TOOK THEM 17 DAYS. THE FIRST DAY THEY COULD NOT FIX THE HEATER AND IT WAS MAKING A TERRIBLE NOISE AND WE HAD TO TURN IT OFF. THE GENTLEMAN THAT WAS HERE TO FIX THE HEATER SAID "I DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THESE." THEY NEXT DAY, WHEN THE HEATER BROKE AGAIN, I CALLED TO HAVE THEM SEND SOMEONE OUT AND THEY SENT THE SAME GUY. HE COULD NOT FIX IT AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT.
