H H GREGG APPLIANCES

The experience sucked. They told us that with the appliances we bought they had to get the parts from Taiwan. With the refrigerator and flat screen tv we had to replace we went to two other providers. We won't ever us H.H. Gregg again.

It was wonderful service. Alex Garcia helped us by showing all the different models that H H Gregg had available on the floor. He was very knowledgeable and also not condescending. Very interesting to speak with and was not high pressure at all. We purchased both a washer and dryer yesterday (Whirlpool Duet), and Alex had arranged for it to be delivered to our house today. Alex told us we would get an automated call from H H Gregg in the afternoon (on Jan. 25, the date we purchased the items) and they would advise when the items would be delivered. That evening we received the call and delivery was to be between 7:15 and 10:15 a.m. and the delivery person would call before delivery. At 7:15 a.m. the delivery person called and said he would arrive in about 20 mins. The truck pulled into the driveway 15 minutes later. What a great delivery team. Bret (who led the team), Justin, and Ryan were three of the nicest delivery guys I have ever met. Professional, friendly, helpful, and they could actually converse with you in an intelligent manner. Trust me, I have had ones from other stores that don't even know enough to greet you.

My experience with H H Gregg was outstanding. My washer and dryer are beautiful, and I am looking forward to many years of service from these items.
