+ 1 moreThere was an emergency water leak in my condo bathroom which was leaking into the condo underneath me. Gary replaced the toilet wax ring on the first day. He has most of what he needs in his truck which saves a trip to the hardware store sometimes. Over the course of the next few days, Gary replaced the ruined bathroom ceiling in the condo unit below me. He drywalled, stippled and painted it and it looked good when finished. He did a good job over all and his rate of $40 an hour is reasonable for a handyman, and a lot cheaper than a plumber. Description of Work: I had an emergency water leak from my condo bathroom leaking into the condo's bathroom below mine on the first floor. Gary was available to diagnose and work on the problem. He found that water was leaking from the toilet wax ring seal. He replaced the toilet wax ring the same day, and replaced the condo owners bathroom ceiling drywall over the next few days. He was neat and clean and charged a fair price of $40 an hour. I believe he will also give you an estimate instead of working by the hour. Gary was available on short notice and did a nice job, and was neat.
