Description of Work: I took my Dyson vac in for repair and while there was educated on the finer points of vacuum construction and repair. I ended up scraping the Dyson in favor of a new Simplicity vac. I'm very happy with my decision.

 + -1 moreTook it in, got cost, picked it up, extra parts and labor done for free.
Description of Work: The plug on my Samsung Quik Stik electric broom broke apart. I asked Mike to replace the cord. He said they don't make these anymore but he could install ageneric cord for $14 parts and $25 labor.When he called to say it was ready I went to pick it up. He explained that he had also cleaned the motor and replaced the filter from a collection of spareparts he had. NO additional charge.
