They did an AWESOME job!  We had carpet lifted to dry-out because of a floor.  At first, we thought the carpet wasn't salvageable - but Mr. Lopriore was great and assured us it could be fixed.  He re-stretched the carpet and re-installed it.  Very great job.

The workers was very nice he did a great job. He was very prompt right on time.He cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Installers did an outstanding job! This was the most "seamless looking" carpet installation I've ever seen! Had Berber carpet installed throughout most of the home and could not see any seams. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of new flooring.

Called 15 minutes before appointment time to say he was on the way.  Came on time, was very professional and efficient.  Work was done well.

Our dog damaged some berber carpet in a house we were renting.  They were able to remove the damaged piece and replace it with left over carpet we had.  They did a great job and you couldn't see the repair. 

On time, on budget and quality workmanship.  They even worked around my schedule since I have to travel a lot.

Phil the owner called me back and scheduled a carpet stretching within two weeks. He stuck to his quote for the job I requested and actually did a little more than I requested, tightening up into the walk in closet as well. Let me tell you, people do not come out to stretch carpets! I called a variety of contractors and Phil drove all the way from North Olmsted to Mayfield having not even seen the repair job. This was on a house built in 2008. The original company "Hillcrest Carpet" did a terrible job and when I called to have it restretched they never even called me back. I would definitely work with Phil again and appreciate his service!  It may be that he would charge less in North Olmsted area?  I do not know.  I am just happy it is done and done well. 

 The call-back to my original inquiry was prompt and we worked together to select a good pick-up time. The work was completed in about a week  - - and delivery shortly therafter; agin, arranged at a mutually agreeable time. All was very smooth and professional.

The people at Lopriore were very nice and patient with me. I had a lot of questions since this is my first time doing this type of purchasing and they did their best to answer them. It is a family run business. They let me take several samples home so I could get a better idea of what I wanted. I think this is important since I usually ended up picking something different (once I got it home) than what I had picked in the store. They explained the differences between the different types of carpet and flooring and made recommendations.  Even showed be how some woods can change color with exposure to sunlight and what it looked like. They were a good group to work with. The carpet and flooring look fabulous. I am thrilled with how it turned out.

In most recent purchase and in purchases on two other occasions within past three years, Lopriore exceeded all expectations. Very much enjoyed dealing with the members of this small family business.

They did the job exactly as we wanted. He did the job promptly. He was here when he said he would be here. They have a piece of equipment that has teeth in it. It grabs the carpet and they pull it to one side and get straighten again. There was a fold in the carpet. They do that to pull the fold out. I would use their service in the future too.

Our journey with Carpet by Lopriore started about a year ago when considered replacing 20+ year-old carpeting in our home and stopped by Lopriore shop for some ideas and prices. Phil Lopriore, the owner, made an appointment to stop by our house to measure and give us an estimate on installation. We selected a few carpet samples to take home and compare. Phil did do the measuring and gave us an estimate on the carpet we tentatively selected. However, with the holidays approaching fast, we kept putting the job off. We actually didn't contact Carpet by Lopriore until this past summer, and, to our surprise, Phil still had the estimate that he quoted us last fall. It was now a choice between nylon and polyester and we chose the later, but there was absolutely no pressure either way by Phil. After all our procrastination, we finally made the decision to get the new carpet, and we are not disappointed. Phil's two installers came to our house on time, worked in a very professional manner and had the job done by 4:00 PM that day. Phil, and his staff, told us that if we had any problems with the carpet to let them know and it would be fixed. We are happy we finally made the decision to replace the carpet and to go with Carpet by Lopriore. We would certainly consider Phil and his company for our next carpeting job.

We thought he did a good job. He did not overcharge us so we felt we got what we paid for.

Flooring by Lopriore was scheduled to come on Wednesday, July 7, 2010. Due to a scheduling conflict, we were able to reschedule as soon as possible. Phil Lopriore came by himself, but was able to stretch my carpet and move some furniture for me in less than an hour. I would call up Flooring by Lopriore for my own home and highly recommend his company to anyone interested in quality product for reasonable prices.

They are always very prompt, professional, and extremely reasonable. They come within a day or two of calling them. I will probably be calling them back this spring to buy carpeting. I prefer to use local companies but they are just so good.

We were looking for an inexpensive, neutral carpeting to install prior to putting our house up for sale. The owner was very helpful, quickly showed us samples of exactly the sort of thing we had in mind, and gave us a price that was competitive with what we had seen at some of the home improvement stores. For an extra $50 per room, we also arranged to have all our furniture moved during the installation. Installation was scheduled for our convenience, and the installers spent two full days doing the job. They moved all the furniture out of each room, tore out the old carpet and padding and took it out to our tree-lawn, then installed the new padding and carpeting and returned the furniture to it's original place. They did an excellent job of installation, tried to keep out of our way as much as possible, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. We were completely satisfied in every way and give them the highest marks possible. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Philip Lopriore came and pulled up old carpeting from 4 rooms and a hallway. The carpets had been down for about 30 years and underneath were beautiful wooden floors. He did a commendable job getting up all the tacks, nails and padding as well. He cut the pieces into 4 feet strips so the trash would take them. He had some residue problems in some rooms which was not his fault, but I was able to clean that up myself. He was much cheaper than anyone else I called. Very professional.

They were excellent. They had a small showroom but had a lot of samples and helpful in picking the right carpet. The installation went well and did a very nice job. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and did a great job cleaning up. They were very nice people and did not mess up anything in the house. They helped us move the furniture and they did not charge us for that.
