Here it is 7 weeks later, and I still do not have the furniture. I contacted the store, and they tell me it is going to be another 2 to 3 weeks. The store is blaming the manufacturer. Well, I contacted the manufacturer, Ashley Furniture, and they told me that they do not know when the components are coming in from the vendor. THAT'S BECAUSE THEY GET EVERYTHING FROM CHINA. Don't waste your time, no matter how good the price may seem, buy somewhere else!

After we purchased the furniture, we didn't hear from them about a delivery date. I phoned them about the time it was due in. The woman who answered the phone said that what I had ordered was on back order and would take an additional 8 weeks! I asked her to have Tom return my call and discuss this with him. Needless to say, he didn't return my call. After many phone calls on my part, and no call from Tom, the furniture finally arrived THREE months after we purchased it! I was also told that they tell everyone that items will be delivered in three weeks.
Description of Work: We purchased a leather couch and recliner from Fine Interiors in North Olmsted. Before we purchased the items, Tom, the manager, checked on the computer when it would be available for delivery. He said it would be delivered in three weeks. We decided to purchase from them instead of another company because this would arrive sooner.

BOUGHT FURNITURE. TOOK OVER TWO MONTHS TO GET DELIVERED. I HAD THE 90 DAYS SAME AS CASH, BUT THE BILL DIDN'T COME FOR A MONTH, AND SO IT WAS REALLY JUST LIKE 2 MONTHS.
