They did a good job.

I had a leak develop after Sandy, and was having hard time getting roofers to come out and look at the roof. After talking to family friend, I learned about Bill and Fairview Roofing. Despite the busy time, he was able to come look at the roof quickly. I received a quote that day, and had the work done in 1 1/2 weeks. It was a small job. Bill has been in roofing for 30 years and does the work with his son. One other person did come out and their quote was nearly double, and asked for extra things be done. I got sense that Bill / Fairview Roofing does not add extras to the job. He does what is needed. All around a good experience at a good price.

Excellent job done by Bill and his son. They tore off the old roof and replaced some of the roof timbers that had rotted away. They also installed some air vents at the back and repaired a weathervane on the cupola and survaced the cupola with copper. They were very responsive and hard working. They talked me through the progress of the job and gave me tips on a few things. The new roof looks great. Price was good.

After several phone calls, I finally got them to come out to review our problem. That was in May. He has never come back with an estimate or work schedule. Time to move onto a different contractor. Glad it wasn't an emergency!

CALLED FOR ESTIMATE ON A LEAK. THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO THE CALL. I WOULD LIKE A COMPANY THAT DOES THE SMALL JOBS FOR A FUTURE REPEAT CUSTOMER.

PERSON ON PHONE WAS NEGATIVE AND NEVER RETURNED CALL, AFTER TAKING MY ADDRESS.

HE WAS PROMPT. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND CAME THE VERY NEXT DAY AND COMPLETED THE WORK WHILE I WAS AWAY. I AM GOING TO USE HIM AGAIN. HE WAS A VERY PLEASANT. PRICING WAS VERY REASONABLE.

PROMPT AND DID NOT TELL ME HE WAS COMING.

QUITE, THOROUGH, POLITE. ALSO RE INSTALLED THE GUTTER GUARDS AND WE DIDNT EVEN DISCUSS WHAT WE THEY WERE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT. BUT THEY TOOK THE INITIATIVE.

I HAVE HEARD GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

IN HOT WEATHER, GIVE THEM PLENTY OF WATER, LEMONADE AND A ''COOL'' PLACE TO GET OUT OF THE SUN. THEY DESERVE IT AND WILL APPRECIATE IT.

THEY CAME OUT TO CLEAN MY GUTTERS, AND WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR MY ROOF, THEY REMOVED THE LIMBS THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE AND PATCHED THE ROOF...ALL FOR THE USUAL COST OF CLEANING THE GUTTERS.

VERY PERSONABLE, DOES NOT OVER CHARGE, AND IS LOOKING OUT FOR THE CUSTOMER. HE CLEANED MY DRYER VENT FREE OF CHARGE. HES THE BEST. HE SUPERVISES THE JOB HIMSELF.

ROOFED DECK OUTSIDE OF BEDROOM 3RD TIME - STILL HAD LEAKS - FAIRVIEW SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK - NEVER DID/NEVER CALLED - MEMBER CALLED ANOTHER CO. - THEY CAME OUT AND DID SOME ROOFING PLUS CAULK - ROOF IS FINE NOW - WILL NOT USE FAIRVIEW AGAIN.

THE MEMBER HAD A ROOF LEAK DUE TO FAULTY CONTRACTING YEARS AGO. TRIED MANY ROOFERS AND NONE COULD FIX EXEPT FAIRVIEW. THEY HAD AN EXPERT DIAGNOSIS AND CORRECTED THE SITUATION. THEY HAVE GREAT EXPERTISE AND INTEGRITY.

THEY REPAIRED THE GUTTERS AND WILL BE COMING BACK TO DO SOME OTHER WORK. VERY HONEST AND THE COST WAS LOW.
