concrete driveways
+ -1 moreHuge pitholes and cracks. I sent numerous letters to F & S to come back and make the repairs. Made multiple promises from letters they sent me, in addition to multiple phone calls. Promised June 30th, July 5th and August 15th as appointments. Never heard back from F & S. I'm looking to sell my home in the spring time. I would suggest no one use F & S.
Description of Work: Installed a new driveway. There were problems with after the first year with cracks. In the 2nd year there are huge pitholes. I had it inspected by another party. Determined that it was bad concrete. So I asked F & S Construction to come back to make repairs.

+ -1 moreWHEN I CALLED HIM LAST HE SAID HE WOULD CHECK INTO IT. HE COMPLAINED HE WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY AT HIS EXPENSE AN ADDITIONAL $250 TO PUT ANOTHER TOP COAT ON IT. THIS HOWEVER WOULD NOT MAKE ANY CHANGE TO THE CONCRETE.
Description of Work: NEW CONCRETE DRIVEWAY. THE DRIVEWAY IS FALLING APART NOW. MY NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAYS TURNED OUT GREAT, MY DIDN'T. INITIALLY HE DID A GREAT JOB. NOW WHEN WINTER WEATHER HIT IT CRUMBLED. AFTER THE SPRING CAME I NOTICED IT FELL APART. HE ACCUSED ME OF DAMAGING IT BY PARKING IN MY DRIVEWAY, AND ALSO FALSELY ACCUSED ME TO PUTTING DOWN SALT. I DID NOT DO EITHER.
