Property Appraisal
UNPROFESSIONAL. MISSED FIRST SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. QUALITY OF APPRAISAL WAS POOR. APPRAISAL CAME IN AT LESS THAN WE PAID FOR THE HOUSE AND LESS THAN THE HOUSE APPRAISED FOR 8 MONTHS AGO. HOUSE IS ONLY 7 MONTHS OLD. USED COMPARABLES THAT ARE NOT TRUE COMPARABLES. WHEN I DISPUTED THE APPRAISAL, REFUSED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES, EVEN THOUGH COMPARABLES FROM NEIGHBORHOOD AND NEARBY NEIGHBORHOODS WITH NEW CONSTRUCTION SHOWED PRICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN HIGHER THAN HE APPRAISED THE HOUSE AT. LENDER IS CONSIDERING NOT USING THIS APPRAISAL COMPANY AGAIN BECAUSE THE PAPERWORK SUGGESTS THAT THE APPRAISAL WAS INCORRECT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PERSON.
