Doray Home Improvement
About us
Doray Home Improvement (DHI) is a small, local, family business made up of Dale Doray, his son, Mark, and daughter, Erin. Dale is a licensed General Contractor with over 20 years in the industry focusing on kitchen and bath cabinetry, remodeling and woodworking, and is well-versed in all aspects of construction. Mark is second in command on the job site and has extensive knowledge of hardware. Erin holds a degree in both Interior Design and Architectural Design and heads up the design side of DHI. Doray Home Improvement has a few select specially licensed sub-contractors that do things like major plumbing and electrical work for us. Because we are small and have less overhead we are able to offer better pricing than our larger competitors. When you hire Doray Home Improvement, you are working directly with us, and we stand by our work. We require either 5%, upon signing of contracts, 25% upon job start, 40% at half-way, and 30% upon completion and your total satisfaction of the project, or 5% upon signing of contracts, 45% upon job start, and 30% upon completion and your total satisfaction of the project. The pricing breakdown depends on the scope and the type of renovation project.
