I called 5 different companies that were recommended by the gas company. All the other companies wanted $300 to $800 more than Dependable Pipes was going to charge me. The receptionist was polite and very helpful. They are a small family business with the professionalism of a corporate company. I was pleasantly pleased that they were able to come out the same day and fixed the line! They dug the hole so fast I almost couldn't believe it. Plus, they took the time to cap off a gas line in my kitchen without charging me. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. VERY RESPONSIVE AND CONSIDERATE. WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR US WHEN WE NEEDED IT, WITHOUT ASKING. CAME OUT LATE IN THE DAY AND WORKED AFTER HOURS.
