carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreAlan was very highly recommended to us stating he had a reputation of getting ANY carpet stain out . First problem we only wanted the three bedrooms and the upstairs hall cleaned because we are having wood floors put in the rest of our home. Alan however proceeded to clean in addition of what we asked for but also the stairs that go up to the second floor, family room and dinning room. The carpet I thought looked good when he finished but it was still wet. Alan billed us for his carpet cleaning service based on doing our entire house. I didn't press the issue and paid Alan by check, BIG MISTAKE !! I learned quite quickly because not one of the stains we had in our carpet came out!!! I can only get his voice mail when we have called and left a detailed voice message for him but has not returned the messages !!! So We feel totally RIPPED OFF and COMPLETELY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!
Description of Work: Clean the carpet in our whole house.

 + -1 moreUnbelievably well! Allan came in and started blending colors until the stain was GONE! You could not tell where the spot was. Our rug is a dark rust color and now looks great. I would recommend Color Rite to anyone needing this kind of service. We are going to use them to clean our area rugs as well.
Description of Work: Re-colored a area of our rug that accidentally had bleach spilled on it.
