Carpet Installation, Flooring
Service was terrible. The installation of the vinyl took 6 months to get the problems resolved. All of the seams lifted up. They did eventually come back & do a good job.

Carpet Installation
My experience with Buddy's was fair, but it could have been better. The firm they outsource their measuring to added an additional 200 square feet of carpeting over the original estimate provided just to cover my 3'x 3' landing entry into the kitchen which added $200 to the original projected cost. When the installers came out, they cut 3' off the entire piece of carpet & indicated there was more than enough carpet to cover the landing just from the cut pieces left over from around the cupboards. I called Buddy's & tried to get them to at least adjust the installation fee, since about 33 square feet of carpet ordered was not really needed or ever installed & they assured me that the firm they outsource measuring to does an accurate job. The extra 33 square foot of carpeting I now have on hand seems to indicate otherwise.

THEIR INSTALLERS DID A TERRIBLE JOB. WITHIN 3 DAYS THE SEAMS WERE COMING APART. THEY WENT IN MY CUPBOARDS AND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE USED MY DUCT TAPE TO TAPE DOWN THE PADDING SO NOW IT CRACKLES WHERE THEY PUT THAT. THEY HAVE TO COME BACK AND RIP OUT THE PADDING AND REDO IT. THEY BROKE OFF TWO DOOR STOPS AND A MONTH LATER THEY STILL HAVEN'T REPAID ME FOR THE DOOR STOPS. THEY HAVE BEEN PROMISING A LETTER OF APOLOGY AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. DON'T USE THEM.

SHANNON DID A GREAT JOB WITH FOLLOW-UP. HAD TO WAIT FOR + 60 DEGREE TEMP TO INSTALL. HE KEPT ME INFORMED THE WHOLE TIME.
