I had Arrow replace my springs about a year and a half ago.   He was very punctual and the door worked great.     
The door was going up and down a little rough in the last few months so we bought the Angie's list groupon for a tune up from another door company.    We should have just contacted Arrow again.   The groupon was basically a way for an angies list sponsored company to give me the hard sales pitch after I already paid for a "discounted" service.   They said I needed to spend another $740 to get it working right, including replacing my 18 month old spring.    I decided to call Arrow after they left and Arrow came right out and provided an adjustment for me at no charge.   Arrow stands behind their work and will be the only door company we call from here out.   I will need a new garage door soon and I'll use Arrow for sure.

Arrow Door are exemplary, honest professionals. We had a garage door installed by them way back in the 90's, and our remote was not working.  We thought that it might either be the remote that is broken, or the main garage opening unit itself.  It turned out that our remote had a loose internal connection, and just needed a minor fix.  He opened up the unit, and showed me which connections to solder for the easy fix.  All on his time, without charging me a penny!  This is an example of 'old school' honesty, integrity, and competence that speaks volumes!  I will always call Arrow door for my garage door needs!  Arrow comes highly recommended by our family!

I called Arrow Door and they were able to get to me very quickly. He was able to fix everything and he was very nice. He was also very competent and professional.

Tom worked with his daughter, who also did a great job. Good to see professional women in the trades.

I called for service mid-morning when I found that my garage door was broken, and someone came to fix it by mid-afternoon. The owner was unavailable to do the work, so a temporary (former) employee came to do the job. He did excellent work and had wonderful things to say about the owner and his work - dedicated workers can say a lot about a business/work ethic. I was very happy with the service and will definitely count on this company when (if!) I need more work done! I don't remember the price, but I do remember believing that I received a good value.

I called Arrow door to fix my garage door springs . They complete the repair in a little over an hour with no problems.

The price was very reasonable, and he gives a senior discount!
