I was referred by a family member. Bob is local, responds quickly, and is very professional and knowledgeable. He provides excellent work! I wish I would've initiated my garage door repair needs with him and not the fraudulent company I first worked with. I highly recommend Bob for any and all garage door needs!

I needed my garage door and opener replaced. I had two companies come out to access the situation and give an estimate. I went with Thomas Garage Doors because I was impressed with Jake. He was able to come out the next day and he arrived right when he said he would. He was professional and courteous. Yes, his quoted price was lower than the other company, but his knowledge and professionalism is what sold me. Jake came out three days later to do the install and again, right on time. I couldn't be more pleased with my new door and opener. I definitely would recommend Thomas Garage Doors!

Great experience. Bob was able to come out the day after I called, early on a Friday morning, so I could get into work at my regular time. Turned out he didn't have the necessary springs with him, as ours were of a higher quality. Bob said he could get the correct springs and be back the next morning ? on a Saturday. He came back Saturday, on time, replaced the spring quicker than I expected, and did a couple of extra things, too (lubricated the tracks and chain, and added a chain guard to the opener, which was never there to begin with). I thought the price was great, and the job was done in less than a half hour. Bob was very friendly and considerate. Would definitely use again, and recommend.

Bob was prompt, professional, and kind.  Explained the work and cost clearly.  Did his thing and our garage door works great now.  I would recommend him and also would use his services again if needed.

Bob is one of the nicest and most professional guys i met , i called him because my garage door stopped working, he showed up the first time to check it out, he found out it is the motor, did not charge me a penny, when i got the motor, he came and installed it, checked everything else and charged me a very reasonable price.

Beside all that he is very nice and easy to work with, very highly recommended.

Bob, the owner, returned my call immediately. The garage door was unable to be opened because of a broken spring and I needed access to my car for work.  Bob called and came with his co-worker  to complete the job within 3 hours. They are extremely friendly and professional. The cost was minimal. I would not hesitate to call him again and will recommend him to anyone needing his expertise for their garage door.

Went great. He finished in an hour and a half. No problems, installation went smoothly. I decided to use keychain remotes instead of car remotes the day before - no problem - he came prepared. He cleaned up after himself, took all the trash with him.

I can't comment on the price because I didn't shop around. I wasn't looking for cheap rates, I was looking for quality. I studied angies list and picked the best one I could find based on reviews I read.

Bob is super! I received quotes from a few different places and they were all pretty similar but Bob got the job because of his personality and professionalism.

Everything was perfect. Able to schedule an appointment quickly. Arrived at scheduled time. Very professional.

Great work! Second time I've used Thomas Affordable Doors. Bob Thomas is very professional and does great work. He also installed a garage door and garage door opener on another property of mine.

Called next morning to say did NOT provide emergency 24 hr service, even though Angie's List says yes.
