I was referred by a family member. Bob is local, responds quickly, and is very professional and knowledgeable. He provides excellent work! I wish I would've initiated my garage door repair needs with him and not the fraudulent company I first worked with. I highly recommend Bob for any and all garage door needs!

I needed my garage door and opener replaced. I had two companies come out to access the situation and give an estimate. I went with Thomas Garage Doors because I was impressed with Jake. He was able to come out the next day and he arrived right when he said he would. He was professional and courteous. Yes, his quoted price was lower than the other company, but his knowledge and professionalism is what sold me. Jake came out three days later to do the install and again, right on time. I couldn't be more pleased with my new door and opener. I definitely would recommend Thomas Garage Doors!

Bob was fantastic. He was responsive to my emails and calls, came out the same day and knocked out the project in a very fast and efficient manner.

Great experience. Bob was able to come out the day after I called, early on a Friday morning, so I could get into work at my regular time. Turned out he didn't have the necessary springs with him, as ours were of a higher quality. Bob said he could get the correct springs and be back the next morning ? on a Saturday. He came back Saturday, on time, replaced the spring quicker than I expected, and did a couple of extra things, too (lubricated the tracks and chain, and added a chain guard to the opener, which was never there to begin with). I thought the price was great, and the job was done in less than a half hour. Bob was very friendly and considerate. Would definitely use again, and recommend.

Bob was prompt, professional, and kind. Explained the work and cost clearly. Did his thing and our garage door works great now. I would recommend him and also would use his services again if needed.

Bob is one of the nicest and most professional guys i met , i called him because my garage door stopped working, he showed up the first time to check it out, he found out it is the motor, did not charge me a penny, when i got the motor, he came and installed it, checked everything else and charged me a very reasonable price. Beside all that he is very nice and easy to work with, very highly recommended.

Bob, the owner, returned my call immediately. The garage door was unable to be opened because of a broken spring and I needed access to my car for work. Bob called and came with his co-worker to complete the job within 3 hours. They are extremely friendly and professional. The cost was minimal. I would not hesitate to call him again and will recommend him to anyone needing his expertise for their garage door.

Went great. He finished in an hour and a half. No problems, installation went smoothly. I decided to use keychain remotes instead of car remotes the day before - no problem - he came prepared. He cleaned up after himself, took all the trash with him. I can't comment on the price because I didn't shop around. I wasn't looking for cheap rates, I was looking for quality. I studied angies list and picked the best one I could find based on reviews I read.

Bob was able to come out for an estimate the same day as I called. Showed up on time, guided me through the problem and even consulted me on some other issues in my garage. He was able to completely replace the garage door, and all hardware including re-installing the opener the very next day. I called Bob at about 10:30 on a Saturday morning. My garage door was fixed by 2pm! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgable, performed the necessary work and went through an additional check on the door to be sure it was in good working condition. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them whenever possible.

I called Bob on a Saturday about 11:20am because our garage door would not open. He was very easy to talk to and as a result he said that he was wrapping up for the day and he would make us his last stop. Bob arrived within 20-30 minutes and explained that we had a broken spring. He suggested that we replace both springs which is the norm when you are replacing a garage door spring. My husband agreed and by 12:30 our garage door was fixed. Bob was very professional and as for his response and punctuality, we could not expect any more from his service. I would definitely use his service again and recommend him to anyone who needs service on their garage door.

Things went very well, but we may have to get a new opener since ours is from 1985!. But that will have to wait, he set it up for us to work and now its working great, until we have to replace in the near future. Thanks Bob.

Bob Thomas did a great job. He was responsive to my phone calls. He was able to come the next day and replace the unit. He showed up on time, worked efficiently and was done within an hour and a half.

She had just had a csection and couldnt lift the garage doors , he replaced the entire unit with a new one and there was a snow storm on top of it. Bob came the next day and was so efficient and she was able to get to the dr with the baby. He programmed their new openers and programmed all with their cars. Then our cables broke in our garage during the next freeze. I sent an email Thursday nite and Friday he called first thing in the am and fit us into his schedule. He is extremely prompt, professional, does quality work and I would highly recommend him to everyone! Your search is over, Bob is the real deal and we were so fortunate to find him.

Very fast response, there the same day. Reasonable cost for services rendered. Extremely professional and courteous which was very much appreciated! One issue I have truthfully not circled back to give feedback on - when adjusting the alignment of the door it now does not close all the way. With the recent snow I have found some minor snow drifts inside my garage which I have not had in the past. Bob was so professional and gracious that I am sure he would resolve just as quickly as he had my original problem!
