Dropped off, completed 5 days later. Workmanship outstanding. Done work for my family and did other items for me. Everyone has always been more than satisfied. Integrity. They answer the phone too. You won’t be disappointed.

We contacted this business to explore costs to re-upholster 6 Thomasville dining room chairs. The seats on the chairs were all in need of some repair or re-upholstery and we knew that at least 2 of the seats would need to be re-built.
The owner and staff provided cloth samples to investigate, learned our initial selection and promptly called the supplier to check on whether the material was in stock. Also, the owner was able to give an initial estimate over the phone and re-confirm
the estimate by memory when we arrived to look at samples.
After we made our final material selection, the owner again immediately checked on material stock, provided a written estimate that was consistent with phone estimate and committed to a reasonable delivery time.
We actually had 3 chairs done at a time, the first 3 chairs took a little over 2 weeks for completion, the second 3 chairs were done in about a week.
The quality of workmanship is excellent, especially considering the re-build of the chair seats.
The business would have picked up and delivered the chairs, but it was not our preference. They were helpful in unloading and loading into our vehicle at their business.
