Frank came out and quoted everything and it seemed like it was going to go great. Then when the painting started, his guys came through and prepped, masked, and primed everything in 2 days—that’s when I began to notice areas that had not been primed properly, caulking had holes and several areas had been improperly painted already. I asked him to resolve it and he said to mark them with tape and that he’d fix it. They would remove the tape without fixing the issue, they got paint all over the door hinges, knobs, and strike plates, windows were all painted shut, and now, less than a year later, paint is chipping off and overall it looks incredibly sloppy. Took 2 weeks longer than expected, and despite trying to resolve it and get these issues fixed when the work was being done, Frank became increasingly less helpful or communicative and his employees even less so. Even if they’re the cheapest quote, go somewhere else. Don’t trust them with your home.

"Mr [Member Name Removed], I am sorry to see the low score you gave us on the wallpaper removal and repair work but am happy to hear that you would consider us for future work. As we discussed, several layers of wallpaper removal leaves a lot of repair work, which we felt we did for a reasonable price and left looking good if not illuminated. I offered several options to improve the one area you were not happy with. One of these options was to return to do an additional round of skim coating, but unfortunately, I never heard back from you. Our discussions and contract language includes a section about the expectations that can be anticipated during wallpaper removal and we certainly thought that the condition of all the walls and painting were found acceptable to you when we completed the work. As mentioned the last time we met, the remaining steps would be to continue to add drywall compound, sand and repeat this process until you are personally satisfied with the results. We thank you and appreciate your business."

360 Painting did an awesome job!   It took about 4 weeks to get on their calendar, but I didn't mind waiting.   The woman who handles the scheduling was very nice and pleasant to work with!   They showed up on the scheduled day (early). I had to let them in and then leave for work, and felt very comfortable leaving them in the house and letting them lock up when they were done.  The were done before we got home and completely cleaned up.  You would never have even known they had been there!   They did an excellent job and we will definitely use them again!

We are very happy with their work! We found 360Painting on Angies List and Frank, the owner, came out pretty quickly to give us an estimate. My husband and I were both impressed with his professionalism and how he took his time to understand what we wanted compared to other companies. We found his estimate reasonable and went ahead with the work. We were scheduled for the middle of June - but they were able to move us up to the beginning of June which was a nice surprise! The crew of two painters finished the work in two days. They were both very professional and touched a few things up at our request before leaving on the second day. We will call them again if we have any power washing or interior painting needs.

Very professional, showed up on time, spent the full time agreed upon and a bit extra to finish the job.  Completely cleaned up when done.  Would have them again in a heartbeat.  They did a great job.  Recommend without reservation!

Painters were very professional.  Frank, the owner arrived first and went over the job .  The painters arrived shortly after.  They did the patching and trim work and then let that dry and came back in an hour and finished the rest of the walls.  They completed the job about before 5PM.

The rooms looked beautiful.  I had company and they complimented the quality of the work.  I couldn't be happier with the work.

Frank and his associate arrived earlier than promised, took the time to cover the entire area before painting. They were very meticulous, even getting into some pretty tight areas that wouldn't be seen without some contortionism. In the 8 hrs. they were here they were able to paint the walls, ceiling and 3 doors in our family room. Besides the price they were the only offer I could find that did not charge additionally for painting the ceiling. Overall we were very pleased with the end results and would highly recommend them.

The crew that did the upstairs bedroom did an outstanding job.  They were extremely courteous and professional.  They did the fourth wall a different color and the "line" between the colors is perfectly straight; exactly what you hope for but hard to achieve.
Frank did the guest bath on the first floor and was very clean and did a nice job.  Everyone was very punctual and completed the jobs in a  timely fashion.
Would recommend to anyone.

We were very happy with the owners responsiveness.  He returned our call within the day and came out to give us an estimate of the work.  Frank was right on time for his appointment and was very professional.  He had some good suggestions on how best to do the work and seemed to be very knowledgeable.  We were really happy that they used a good quality paint like Sherwin Williams as they have many good colors to choose from.  We had obtained several bids from other companies and decided on 360 Painting because of the price and our meeting with Frank.  We were very happy with the price and the quality of the work.  Frank even stopped by as his crew was working to check in.  The crew did an excellent job cleaning up.  We would definitely chose them again.
