I talked with Mr. Midworth at a remodeling show and signed up for a free estimate. They called me the next day to schedule the appointment. I called the company back to inform them that the City of Cleveland said that they are not licensed and bonded in the city and therefore are unable to work in the City. The phone was answered by Hello, no company name. The woman said who would call me back, never did. I called them again in two days, again hello, no company name given. The man who did not ever ID himself insisted that they were licensed and it may have been under a different company name. He also told me that I was looking under the wrong category and that I should have looked under plumbers, when I told him I looked under plumbers and contractors and they were not there he had nothing to say. I canceled the appointment for the estimate.
