W W Heating and Air Conditioning Service in North Lima OH provided us excellent service at a reasonable rate and fixed our air conditioning in a timely manner - even at the very hottest time of the season when everyone required service at the same time. Adam was the troubleshooter who discerned what the problem was and he was the repairman as well. He was very personable, helpful and skillful and masterfully got our air running for us with great efficiency. Thank you Adam; thank you W W Heating and Ait!

Josh was all that you could ask for in a contractor. He listened first, and then addressed our needs in a knowledgeable and technical manner. He took the time to be thoughtful and precise in explaining our options and specifically what the end result would be.



The work was done on time and as promised. No surprises.



Once it was complete, Josh came back and carefully explained what was done and how to operate the system. Most importantly, he was specific to what we told him our preferences are for heating and cooling...noting that each family/household is different.



While this was an expensive project, we had no qualms writing this check. I'd hire Josh and his team 10 out of 10 times.

It took them around 2 and half hours to do so. He gave me one price and I wasnt happy with it. But the final product was done well.

We've had other repair work for our old air conditioner done by them as well. The staff is always on time, very professional and curteous. I never feel like I'm getting "taken'; they only fix what is needed and when it is needed. I will always call them first for all my A/C and furnance needs.

We called W W HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING on Tuesday to inspect and service the furnace in our house which we had just purchased.  The office personnel were polite and helpful in scheduling a day and time for a technician to come service our furnace.

Tom, the tech, showed up 2 minutes after the scheduled time, so I consider that prompt!  He was polite, clean, and very knowledgeable.  He got right into the work, and when he was done, showed me several repairs/upgrades that had been done to our 40 year old system over the years.  He also gave us information on what we could do to help extend the life of our aging system, as well as information on what to expect when it does finally die of old age.

We plan on signing up for W W HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING's maintenance agreement and having them continue to care for our heating and cooling needs, including replacing our old girl when we have to put her to sleep, hopefully not in the near future!

They are pretty good at making sure everything is taken care of. They do excellent work.

They completed the job in a few hours and I was very satisfied with the job and the workers.

Wonderful

Very well. The company sent 3 individuals for the job. Prior to arrival, they called to confirm the appointment. I was told that the crew would arrive between 8 and 8:30, they arrived at 8:25. I was told to expect them to be there 3 hours, the job took approximately 2 1/2 hours. They left the job site as clean as it was when they arrived. Best of all, I could notice a definite improvement in my air quality. I would definitely hire them again.

I have always found W & W to be very quick in their response time and very reasonable as far as cost.
