It was in May and a lot of people were needing to get service done.  Our AC actually broke.  We were really in need as the weather was getting warm.  He had another few jobs scheduled, but he was kind enough to ask them if they could move back so we can move up.  We were getting ready to go on vacation.  We were very happy with him.  He made it so he could get us in right away because we needed it so bad.  When I was calling other places, they couldn't do it.  The worker was very friendly.  He explained everything.  Even before he did the work, and I hadn't actually said yet to it, he gave me some information so that I could look into other dealers. He was excellent in cleaning up after himself.
