Started calling him 1st week in April 2016. Never started the job until well into June. Bid 85.00 per hr plus materials. Charged a lot more. We ended up paying this guy 14k (he wanted nearly 18k, we owed him abt 10k total legitimately if all the work had been done correctly. It wasnt) just to get him out of our lives. He work was awful. We asked for all the tpilet tanks to be rebuilt entirely. He charged us abt 400.00 each, but only replaced some of the parts. Had a water bill for 450.00 AFTER he fixed one of the toilets. Tonight another tpilet he "fixed" flooded 3 stories of floors and water damaged ceilings. His worker threw tile dust and debris down our toilet. They took out a corner cabinet to repair a line and left the cabinet in the middle of the kitchen floor, but reattached the gas line si we had to call another plumber to put that back together. They broke a water line when removing a sink and didnt fix it and it leaked right over an electrical line in the basement. Replaced the wrong bleeder valves on radiators and flooded the house bc the one that was broken wasnt fixed (we have had 3 major floods bc of this guys bad work!). Charged us over 200.00 to caulk a tub (bid was 85.00 per hr plus materials). Billed 10.5 hrs to brak up a slate rinse tub (takes 1 guy w a sledge hammer less than 15 min), take it outside and put in a cheap 2 bay plastic rinse tub that isnt even bolted to the floor or wall (charged us over 500.00 for the rinse tub that is a cheapy). Ten when he over billed us, we asked him 2x to pls revisit the statement and bill us as he bid the job. Instead of doing that, he put a lien on our house (without going thru the proper notification process). Then he told ppl we couldnt afford to pay him (having the money wasnt an issue - we didnt want to pay for work he didnt do and work that wasnt done right, and we wanted to pay what he bid, not random made up numbers) We filed against him. We had paid him 10,600.00 already. He wanted another 7k. We ended up agreeing to pay half of that to cut our losses and get him out of our lives. But tonight, the 3rd flood happened, and i am so sick of the problems this person has caused, his aggressive, bullying behavior and his crappy work, that i am writing this review. NO ONE should have to go thru this. Not the emotional mess, not the financial mess and not headaches. If just one person doesnt have to endure what we have for the last year and a half, the time i spent writing this review was worth it. Bottom line: he and his workers dont do good work, he is aggressive, he pads his bills, and he doesnt stand behind his work. This isnt revenge. If it were, id have done this a year ago, or even after the court mediation. This is being fed up, after 3 major floods, and deciding a factual review might save some other family from the nightmare we experienced. For the record, everything i have written has documentation, including photos. Do your due diligence. Google contractors by company name and owners name. Had we done this, this man would not have worked on any of our houses.

He replaced the faucet, left the area clean.

He is a thorough plumber and we have used him earlier. He is very prompt and leaves the area clean.

The part was like $5.00.  They charged me a lot more than that to fix it.  Water was running, and it was leaking.  I didn't really have much of a choice. I was not happy at all.  Had I'd known how to fix it, I would have taken my less than 10 minutes, and it would have cost me $5.00.
