+ -1 moreVictor came to house to measure to give us a quote. Said he would get back to us in a few days. Never heard anything. I emaild him and he never responded. Hearing nothing, I finally called him to find out what was going on. Victor said he was too busy to do the job. I told him it would have been nice if he had responded and let us know he was too busy to do the work so we could make other arrangements. Victor just laughed and said he probably should have. I understand if a contractor may be too busy for a job. But it is unprofessional and rude not to advise a customer so the customer does not wait and can make other arrangements.
