 + -1 morePart was ordered and shipped promptly. We have had our Vacuflo for about 18 years. It has operated superbly! The only time we have needed service during all those years was to expand our system with a home addition. The process was effective and the service technician did an excellent job. During a short period when we disabled the system during this construction period we used our old vacuum and realized how awful it is! It felt like we were blowing dust throughout our house and we couldn't wait to get back to using our system. I have a sewing studio at home that creates a lot of dust and lint. It is so handy to have the Vacuflo and the dusting attachment so that I can reach the corners and baseboards where the lint accumulates.

 + -1 moreTHE SERVICE MAN REMOVED HIS SHOES AND PUT ON SLIPPERS. GAVE ME TIPS, SHOWED ME HOW TO CLEAR A CLOG AND CHECKED MY ATTACHMENTS. ALSO DISCOUNTED THE PRICE BECAUSE HE WAS LATE.
