THE SERVICE MAN REMOVED HIS SHOES AND PUT ON SLIPPERS. GAVE ME TIPS, SHOWED ME HOW TO CLEAR A CLOG AND CHECKED MY ATTACHMENTS. ALSO DISCOUNTED THE PRICE BECAUSE HE WAS LATE.
