I recently moved into a new house and needed 3 areas of carpet cleaned. Also, my vent warning light kept coming on when I was using the dryer. I've heard all the stories about vent fires and was unsure of using the dryer. I've never had a dryer vent as complicated as this one. Ultraclean by Design did a fantastic job! They cleaned the entire vent duct, which is about 20 ft. long. It was packed with lint and pet hair. The two guys who did the work took their time and made sure all of it was cleaned thoroughly. Then they also cleaned up all the mess! The carpeted areas they cleaned look fantastic. I'm so happy with the job they did and now I have piece of mind about the dryer vent! I will be calling them yearly to clean that duct out and probably to clean all the duct work in the house. I highly recommend this company for any type of cleaning jobs!! Reasonable prices for a job well-done!

George called promptly to set up an appointment to come give an estimate.  He was professional and courteous, came when he said he would; explained what he would do when cleaning the carpet and sofa, and quoted a price.  On the day of the cleaning George and crew were again on time, they cleaned thoroughly.  There were stained areas that they worked on vigorously to make sure everything was done right.  I am impressed, they did an outstanding job with great results.  I'll have Ultra Clean by Design back again and will recommend them to others.

Five stars.  Straight A's.  Great job!

We have used George for carpet cleaning before and decided to have the air ducts cleaned. In own home we bought new construction and have never cleaned the ducts in 20 years. I have several dogs all who shed a lot. The rental property had no cleaning of the vents for at least as long. Tenants had both dogs and cats in the house. George and crew came out we very punctual and professional. The vent cleaning takes several hours during which time they never stopped working. They didn't take breaks they worked strait through until the job was done! The amount of debris removed from the vents was a little disturbing! I haven't had to dust in weeks! Ultraclean by Design is AMAZING!

George was awesome! He was easy to reach friendly on the phone and had convenient appoint times available. When her arrived at the house he was professional and polite. He cleaned the carpets in the house and did an amazing job! He also removed 5 huge room sized area rugs took them to his shop and cleaned them. The area rugs came back like new sealed in plastic. When he delivered them he brought them back in and placed them as directed. I never had to lift a finger!

Floors turned out better than expected.  We planned on replacing two rooms of carpet prior to listing the house for sale.  After George and his crew finished with their work, the carpets looked so good that we decided that they did not need to be replaced after all.   They cleaned the carpets one afternoon and it was dry for an evening showing.   The ceramic tile grout looked brand new.  After seeing how good everything looked when they were finished, we were sorry we didn't do this on a more regular basis.  Our house sold within 30 days and I'm sure that having the flooring look like new made a big difference.

The carpet cleaning went very well, George is a very professional and personable gentleman, He was very careful with all of our furniture. He took extra precaution when walking into our home and making sure not to track any snow into the house.The carpets were all done in a timely manner and was a very thorough cleaning. We have three dogs And George was able to get any of the accidents our newest addition had on the carpet. We are very happy with the service UltraClean by Design provided and will definitely be using them again!

George, the company representative, was very personable and knowlegable.  He explained everything they would do and the cost of the work.    He and his crew arrived on time, got straight to work and made my carpets look like new!  They were very careful in moving and protecting my furniture.   They got out all of spots that were bothering me and there is no pet odor left!   Ultra Clean by Design states that the carpets would be dry in "Half the Time" and they didn't exaggerate!   In no time at all my carpets were dry and looking marvelous.     George says the company also does duct cleaning, so that is next on my list!
