I cannot say enough great things about my experience at this store. John and his team have always taken great care of me. Let’s face it, having your car worked on is one of those things you have to do from time to time but it’s made a whole lot easier when you can trust the guys doing it. There’s something to be said for feeling comfortable that you’re dealing with guys who are honest and stand by the work they do. I’ve had everything from a simple oil change to new tires and most recently new brakes. Every time they explain exactly what’s going on and let me know exactly how much it’s going to cost and how long it will take. I leave out of there confident that I’ve received quality parts, Installed professionally and delivered with top notch service.

We'd give them an "A" for everything. We use them every time. They are very friendly, very fast and prices are reasonable. I've yet to experience a situation where I thought, "Why did they charge me for this?". They never try to sell you more services than you need.

High quality tires.  Excellent Service.  I will return to purchase tires (as I have for years).
Excellent and guaranteed alignment (free realignment within 12 months).
However, I do have two negative comments:
1.  The technicians here usually "find" other problems.  In each case I have taken these concerns to my regular mechanic and have discovered that the Tire Source claims were exaggerated and the price of the fix much more than it should be.  For example, when I most recently purchased tires I was told that I needed new rear brakes, roters, and calipers.  My mechanic agreed that the brakes and rotars needed replaced, but showed me that the brake calipers were fine, commenting that the calipers almost never go out on my car.  This kind of thing has happened in the past, as well.  I keep returning because of the high quality of the services I do use, and because their alerts do provide useful - if exaggerated - information.  Also, I prefer to deal with local businesses.
2.  Recently one of my new tires went flat.  The charge of $32.00 for a plug seemed outrageous.  I will not return to the business for service with flat tires.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I was in a panic because all of a sudden I had no brakes. When I called this Goodyear shop, I got Todd who said and quot;When would YOU like to bring your car in?and quot; So I was totally impressed immediately. They would work around my schedule. WOW!
So Derrick tells me that they can get to the inspection in about 40 minutes. I barely had time to sit down when he comes to tell me the situation, what it will cost and how long it will take. So the bottom line is about 4 hours. And they offer me a ride home and a ride back.
In about 2.5 hours I get a phone call stating that my car is ready. Not only is it ready in the time stated, but it is ready early.
It was a totally satisfying experience.

These guys are very professional - make you feel like they can work you in no matter what - I really like dealing with them and will take our new car there when we need service. Super nice guys who don't treat you like you are a pain in the rear - no stupid questions - very personable.

It was a hassle. We had to rent a car while truck was being fix.
