Their customer service is very helpful and professional. The installers came in early in the morning, installed the windows and were gone in a few hours. Great workmanship installing. The Window Source did excellent job on my window replacement work. I got an estimate and no high pressure salesperson. The initial presentation was to the point and answered questions. They gave us time to decide without pressure. When we contacted them to do the work they worked around our schedule. The window installers were professional and the windows beautiful. The trim work is outstanding. If you need windows or doors call them. Prices are the best around. Very nice company and I include the schedulers and sales too.

I just had all the windows in my home, my front entry door, my storm/screen door, and my 12' sliding glass door replaced. All were replaced with triple pane glass. Window Source was AMAZING! The price they quoted was final. Even though my front door needed several adjustments that caused more time, work, and parts, the price was still the same. They were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up after them selves, and were friendly. I had a crew of 5 that were at my home a day and a half, and they all spoke English! After they installed each item, they cleaned up the inside with a portable cordless vacuum, and cleaned the outside entirely. No scraps or trash left behind. I highly recommend Window Source.

I own several rental properties and formerly used Window World as the replacement contractor for many of them. The last estimate was higher than normal so I thought I would shop and compare prices and quality. Eric came out from Window Source to discuss price, quality, and installation. I was very impressed with his professionalism, the quality, and instead of waiting 2 months for Window World installation he stated he could have them installed in 2 weeks. Yesterday they did the install and a much cleaner, quicker, and professional job than I have ever had before. I will definitely use Window Source for future window projects. They exceeded my expectations!

The Window Source of Akron-Canton team did an outstanding job from initial job quote to job completion. Chris was very courteous and professional on the initial visit, and his estimate was direct and to the point - no needless "sales script" you often run into. The estimate was clear and transparent - you knew what the options were and Chris did a great job of walking through all the options. Upon selecting them, they had a crew out to measure within a few days and I was advised it would be another 4-6 weeks before the windows arrived and installed. To our surprise, they called 2 weeks later and said the windows would be ready to install in the next few business days! The crew (Sean, Jeff, John) were very professional and did an excellent installation. They were quick, efficient, and did top quality work. I was impressed at how they treated the install as if it were their very own. They completed the job in 3 hours and cleaned up well. I will definitely be doing business with The Window Source of Akron-Canton again as we have more windows in our 22 year-old home to replace.

Eric and his team did a wonderful job installing my windows. They completed the job in a very timely matter and left no mess behind. I couldn't be happier! My experience with this window company was superb! I choose the middle of the road window and I am very pleased with the performance. My monthly gas bill, which is on a budget payment plan, decreased by $23 dollars per month, the noise from the outside is almost null, and I love the way they look! Best investment I have ever made. I highly recommend this company. The work was excellent and their prices could not be beat!

I have used this company once before and I was very pleased with every aspect of the service from top to bottom.
Both times this work was installation in rental properties which I own.
Many years ago I worked for a company that sold replacement windows. Window Source is very competitive in price and understand the needs of people like myself that wish to keep the cost down and still have a quality product and nice looking job once it's all finished.
Many companies will not even quote work to a landlord with rentals.
Window Source has a repair and replacement guaranteed you will not get from any others that I am aware of.
I would definitely recommend Window Source again and I plan in the near future to have more work done by them.

My own residence needs a dozen windows updated and I will definitely be giving them a call as soon as I decide to get this project started.
The install crew that just finished my last job did a fantastic job getting there on time, getting started and finished far ahead of the schedule I was first quoted. Everything was cleaned up when they left and I couldn't be more satisfied.
The neighbors all commented how much nicer the house looked after the new update.

Everything went as planned. The installers were professional and courteous. Explained what they were going to do and did it! Very pleased and satisfied!

Terrible! The installers scratched my new floor while installing the front entry door. Every single window they installed leaked cold air this winter as did my sliding glass door. The door frame on the entry door developed a bubble and I originally called in and talked to the receptionist about this before the Thanksgiving holiday and received no return call from the owner. I waited until after the holidays to contact them again and got the owner and sent him pictures on January 4th. The repair finally happened on April 25th after many conversations and excuses. I had told him my windows were leaking cold air and his response was "I assure you there is insulation and caulking on all four sides and if the air is coming from under the wood trim that is out of the area we work on and I would recommend caulking it." I painted the wood trim they removed and reinstalled during window installation to cover up the nail marks so I know some of the trim was removed. He never came out to look at any of my concerns, he did say he would have the install crew look at the windows when they came out to repair the door, they didn't even offer to look at the windows when they were out. Each time the crew was out they left a mess for us to clean up. The owner did give us a $50 ACME gift card to compensate for the floor scratch. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are cheaper than other companies and I now know why!
